You review software, not status reports.

We choose tools that fit the problem, the team and the expected life of the system. Newer is not automatically better.

AI advises. People remain accountable.

We define what the system may do automatically, what requires approval and what must be logged so consequential actions remain reviewable.

Quality cannot be added at the end.

Requirements, architecture, automated tests, monitoring and release controls must work together; final testing cannot compensate for weaknesses introduced earlier.
